Julie Anne Smith, A.K.A. Julianne Moor is an Hollywood writer and actor who has received critical recognition for her talents. Sagittarius. She was born in North Carolina December 3, 1960. She's the eldest child of Peter Moore Smith a paratrooper, and Anne who is a psychology student. The Moore family has English and Scottish roots. Moore's dad moved around a lot because of his work.
