Alexandra Raisman

Aly Raisman is an American gymnast who had been both as a captain and a participant of 2012's Fierce Five as well as the 2016 Final Five US Women's Olympic gymnastics teams. At the 2012 Olympics in London she was awarded gold medals in floor and team competitions, as well as a bronze medal in the balance beam. She became the first American to be awarded the most medals at an Olympics. The gold medal was hers in the team event at the 2016 Olympics this allowed her to become the Gabby Douglas first Americans to have back-to-back golds. She also won two silver medals for the floor exercise and the all-around individual. In the three years between her Olympic Games she had a break. In addition, she was part of the gold-winning American team in the two World Championships. In the age of two when she started to study gymnastics. Her favourite event is the floor exercise. Aly is a member of the Uniting Against Lung Cancer group to honor her late grandmother. Aly hopes to achieve a prosperous career in the fashion industry. The leotards she wears as a signature, socks and other items will be expanded on in the near future. Fierce is a book that she plans to release later this year.
