Guarnaschelli participated in the 2007 Farmers Market Battle on Food Network's Iron Chef America, where she was up against Cat Cora. After appearing as a Judge on the Program the show in 2011, Guarnaschelli took part in the Next Iron Chef's fourth season, where she finished third. Additionally, she participated in The Food Network Challenge Ultimate Thanksgiving Feast but fell short. The fourth season of The Next Iron Chef, she started working as a sous chef to Iron Chef Geoffrey Zakarian. In 2008, she was chosen as host for The Food Network's The Cooking Loft.
